Return and exchange of goods

• Before returning an item, please contact us.

• All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Orders returned within 14 days are eligible for a refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed with our customer service.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns and refuse refunds or store credits. We are not responsible for lost return packages, so we recommend purchasing return insurance.

• All discounted items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged.
